F Secure Says Completing Installation on Mac- never completes

I have F Secure thru my ISP - Wide Open West- or WoW

 

As the title reads, never completes installation.  I tried turning off my Firewall and reinstalling product.

    Hi g-smitty,

     

    Since you have got the product from WOW, have you got in touch with their first level support about your issue? They should be able to guide you regarding this.
