F-Secure Safe Fails to start as well as update as well as scan. In  scanning process it always show 0% completed. Is it a joke.New Bitmap Image.jpg

    Welcome to F-Secure Community!

     

    Could you please provide me more information for further checking on this issue:

     

    Firstly, have you checked that you have all of the current windows updates?

     

    Secondly, do you have any other antivirus software on the machine which could be conflicting with F-Secure?

     

    Thirdly, what OS are you using currently?

     

    Try to uninstall and reinstall and see if the issue persist.
