F-Secure Safe 'Computer Not Fully Protected'

I am getting this message even though my subscription is current and my virus protection is up to date.

The message says my virus protection is not up to date and check for latest updates. Browsing protection is active.

When I do a virus scan or an update, nothing suspicious is found and when I check for updates it says my update check was successful. Why am I getting the above message?

I do able to think that subject of discussion is system reboot.

So, exact steps are based on certain version of system/platform.
