Error - computer not protected

in F-Secure Internet Security

Safe antivirus say your computer not protected - the update is up to date - also restrated twice - shutdown and done complete boot up also - still says - comptuer not protected - update log shows few files are not installed

please help me to fix this issuef secure error on 31-05-2018.jpg

    Sorry for my reply; I'm only F-Secure user (their home solutions).

     

    I think that it is logical notification that your system is not protected. And reason is 'not installed' main cores and engines. So, protection is broken indeed.

     

    I'm not sure about reasons for such and maybe it is good to contact official F-Secure Support (or your solution) channels.

    But does it possible to try reinstallation security software? If restart system and enough time for installing is not useful?

     

    Before reinstallation -> good to re-check that any other software is not reason for some compatibility troubles (another security solutions or so).
