Emails telling me my protection has expired

I keep getting emails telling me that my protection has expired and I need to renew my subscription.  The problem is however, I should be protected until 10th December 2016 and my account details confirm this, so why all the worrying emails?

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

    May I know which F-Secure product/account you are referring to here? When did you purchase your F-Secure license and was it purchased from us directly?

    Is this a secure reply or on the forum so that I know how much info to divulge. I bought it direct from F-secure and last renewed 10/12/2015 my account said I was still covered for 41 days when I checked it.
