Does F-Secure exist?

I have forgotten my security code.

I've seen the posts about contacting support. Do they exist?

I get autoreplies when I submit tickets, but I haven't heard anything in three days?

WHen I try the online chat it just hangs there.

I've been on hold over the phone for 20 miutes now.

Has anyone actually spoken with someone from support?
