Deepguard closes program

Hello, 

 

I have Telenet Internet Security pack. The pack uses Deepguard, and i found out that DeepGuard automaticly closes a program when i start it up. I can't find where i can add a program to deepguard so he doesn't automaticly closes it.

Everything at my computer is in Dutch, they told me i could change it at 'computer security' -- 'tools' .... But i can't seem to find 'computer security' or at least i don't know how it's called in dutch, can anyone help me?

    Hi matvanbeer,

    With regards to your problem, I would need you to follow the steps below to remove the program from Deepguard Monitored Program list.

     

    1. Open F-Secure Settings (Not sure what is it in Dutch, but it is the 3rd button with the screwdriver and spanner photo.)

    2. Click on Deepguard.

    3. Click on the "Open list of Monitored programs"

    4. Remove the program that has been blocked.


    Once you have open a SRID kindly update me so that I can help to solve your issue.
