Change number of licences on renewal
Hi,
i bought 2 years ago a three device licence for F-Secure SAFE. Since then two of those devices got obsolete, so i just need a licence for one device. I can't find an option in the F-Secure portal and renewal let me just choose the same option i had till now. Buying a new licence, i got the message, that there is an account registred with this email.

Is there a way to change the licencing model at renewal?

Based on previous topic information - you need to contact their official Support channel.
On current day, the URL is next:
Where two options: phone call (list of numbers) or web-chat (right bottom corner area with invitation window).
Buying a new licence, i got the message, that there is an account registred with this email.
You could also try to use another email or your current email with alias (based on your email provider - there can be different options to use it).
But if you want to keep your account as is - then need to ask Support for assistance. For any of result: to change count of your licence or to make an ability register another account with your current email.
By the way, F-Secure SAFE with "up to three" (1-3) devices package as a minimal plan. Perhaps, there are only indirect ways to purchase "single" device F-Secure SAFE subscription (I could to find only one). Maybe assistance by official Support is anyway most suitable step with your situation.
