Cant find subscription

Hi,

 

I bought a 5 device licens 2 months ago. When I log in to my profile it tells my my subscription will end in 2 weeks. I properly made a mistake and registed my subscription on another email  (I dont recall) how do I trnasfer it to the right profile ? I can send all the invoices and papers I got to prove it is me :) Scondly I would like to upgrade to the 7 devices how do I do that ?
