Can't exclude files?

in F-Secure Internet Security

I'm sorting out a friends laptop as he wants a program installed to monitor what his kids are doing (ardamax)

 

I have added the folder where the program resides to the 'exclude objects'  in virus and spyware scanning/deepguard/manual scanning sections but it still removes the program.

 

Any ideas as its driving me mad.

 

Please note he is using the talktalk version of the program.

    Have you found an option where you can exclude the exact problem and not just the folder where that program resides? This should work better. image

    what OS are you using?

    what F-Secure (talktalk) version and Features are installed

     

    WHY does F-Secure remove the file? Virus, Spyware, Riskware?

    Those files that have been removed is it exactly the same path you have excluded in the Virus and Spyware Scanning/Deepguard/Manual scanning?
