Booster slows down internet

So I installed booster, ran it and is rather pleased with some of it. 

 

The problem is that speed up internet has made the internet much slower, especially gmail. It also updated openoffice in german for no apparent reason.

 

I use windows 7. Can someone help me please?

    Welcome to our Community and I have moved your post to the correct board!

     

    Since you mentioned your gmail takes a longer time to open after using Booster, which browser are you using to open gmail? Does it happen on all the other browsers as well?

    I'm using chrome. I downloadd and tried firefox and everything worked just fine on firefox.
