Booster does not start

After I haven´t used one of my tree computers for a week or so I cannot start the Booster program any more. Instead of starting it ask me to activate the program. It gives automatically the right key, but when I push activate it says: You have exceeded Your maximum numbers of computers. Buy now. But that is not true. I have the program on three computers and I am allowed to use it for five. This has happened now four times in six months. Three times it has been activated from Stockholm?, but last time they advised me to write here, because it is a technical problem that F-Secure cannot fix. 
Who can help me?
