Anti-Virus: Webfiltering not proper working...

Hello to all members, my newbie post...

While exploring F-Secure Anti-Virus I am wondering about the not-blocking of downloads containing virus/spyware.

Testing it with eicar testfile all files can be downloaded and stored without any message or warning:

Only after unpacking and starting it F-Secure blocks execution cleans it.

Coming from Bitdefender and Gdata there has been a blocking while attempt to download the eicar example files, even with normal or secured connection. So infected file has NOT been stored on local disc.

Maybe I misunderstand working profile of F-Secure, so pls help me with some further explanation!
