After reinstall F-secure 12.1 where are the firewall policy settings? The list is empty now

Hi There,

 

For testing purposes I needed to reinstall F-Secure 12.1 although I can scan fo virusses and I can turn th firewall on in the settings. The list with rulers is empty. 
The look of the frontend is also changed to an older view.

Can somebody help me
