Add websites that I trust to a safe list for F-Secure help please, thanks - Jason

are completely safe and legal, whenever I try to visit one or both of them I get a Blocked message. With F-Secure on my Dell Inspiron laptop how do I add websites to F-Secure's safe list that I have been to and trust please? Thanks - Jason
