AV 2012 thinks I do not have a valid subscription

Hello!

 

I am having a terrible time with F-Secure AV at the moment. I have been a customer for 3-4 years now and have just renewed my subscription. I put in the new serial code etc and it said everything was fine.

 

Today F-Secure AV says "my computer is not protected". Clicking on Renew Subscription to view my status says my subscription is valid and i have 364 days remaining.

 

Can anyone help? I have tried to use the online chat program with no sucess. On 3 attempts after waiting 10 miniutes to chat they (F-Secure) cut me off.
