Dear sir,
my computer is accidentally crashed. I had to reinstall f-secure. Thereby I have 1 license extra used on the same computer. (2 licenses 1 computer). How do I get my license back on my account. Is't possible that you take care of this problem? My Refnr: xxxxx

It's not really a problem as the 'old' inactive license should become available for use when you want to license another device. When licensing the second device, you should be asked if you want to reuse an inactive license, to which you say yes, and the old license will be used to activate the second device.
