This product just doesnt work on desktop

I had high hopes for this product but it just doesnt work full stop on a windows 8 desktop machine it took me a while to work out how to make the product auto fill (F-secure doesnt provide manuals WHAT?!?!) and no i have it just tells me to log into f-secure key which i have open! AWFUL product
