Subscription autocancelled because credit card expired - unable to renew

My Key Premium subscription was automatically cancelled when the credit card used for it expired. However I cannot update the credit card data and subscribe again, because the Android client still thinks that I have over 46000 years of subscription left.

 

The same 46000 year issue was fixed in an update to the Windows client, but the Android version seems to still contain the bug.
