Lost premium subscription

I reinstalled Fsecure Key on my PC. Then my phone switched to free mode and I coudn't sync my passwords anymore.

How can I fix this. I didn't get any code when I bought the subscription.

Hello, Sounds a bit perplexing. Is your phone an android or an ios device?  I assume you purchased from appstore/playstore, are you sure the subscription hasn't run out?

I have an Android device, but I bought premium with my PC. It hasn't ran out. I checked I have an email that says I bought 3 months in last month.
