OK, so I thought I'd try out F-Secure Key on my laptop and my iPhone - thinking it might make it a bit easier to log in here. As expected, Key doesn't seem to work on Sea Monkey, but is successful on IE11. However, I've installed it on my iPhone 4S, and Key doesn't seem to work, at least not on this website. Does anyone know if it's supposed to be compatible with Safari? If so, what could I be doing wrong?
I see no one has answered you on this yet. I don't use Key myself but may have some ideas:
Browsers isn't mentioned at all for Key, so it should work on any program or browser I guess.
iOS 5 or later is the only requirement.
If you can get Key to work on your iPhone for other websites, the problem might be the very long address for the FS login page, example:
The above URL even includes the address of the page you were on when you clicked log in.
If you try this shorter address: https://my.f-secure.com/en/community_login
and log in, then it appears as you weren't logged in, and the page redirects to a very long login address as descibed above, keeping the email address you entered.
BUT, if you now go to https://my.f-secure.com/en/community_login again, it will say "Already logged in"
So try the shorter login link, and when it appears as you weren't logged in, use a safari bookmark to go to for example http://community.f-secure.com/t5/Security-for-PC/bd-p/Protection Now, hopefully, you're logged in.
Automated logins are not possible on iOS. It is somewhat closed environment when compared with the other ones.
Did you check out the instructions for autofilling on other platforms here:
It should provide a fast track to get going.
