Promo code installed but sync code is not possible to genarate

I sent you a private message on that matter. Note also that there is now a new version(3.2.104) available for desktop on our ftp.

Could you confirm which version  of the Key you are currently running on your android?

Lots of syncing issue should be resolved with the latest version release.

No solution found yet for "Can't generate sync code".... maybe later try to remove application from phone etc.

If possible other solution is found, I will happy :)

Version 3.1.1 should resolve synchronization and sync code problems on Android.

Did you already receive this version on your phone?

Hello Community

 

Latest Key softaware installed to Android Phone  ( and  Window 7)

 

I have entered  "Premium code" to/from Android phone...

When I open "Subsciiption"  from my phone the is text "Update to PREMIUM ....." 

If I "Redeem "Premium Code" again ... feedback is that the some problems of upgradng Premium Code 

 

So do this mean that my PREMIUM upgrade was not succesfull...

So no "Sync Code" etc....

Is your PC with windows 7 showing a Premium subscription?

 

Could you post the error you receive when trying to redeem the code?

I'am trying to find any indication of Premium version , but no  .... Android Phone or Windows 7

Premium code fom "F-Secure KEY" is  format      KEY-XXXXX    

 

Here "Subscription" on Android Phone...
