When submitting an eorder via F-Secure Partner Portal, the order remains in "In progress" status.

Issue:

When a reseller partner submits an eorder via F-Secure Partner Portal, the order remains in "In progress" status. What to do if this happens? 

Resolution:

Initially, just wait a while (up to 30 minutes). If the problem persist, contact F-Secure Support and share a screenshot of the actual order (with the customer details and status visible).
