If you have technical issues with your Linux security product, this article tells you how to create an FSDIAG file which you can then attach to your support request.
To create an FSDIAG file for the Linux Security product:
Note: Any existing FSDIAG file will be overwritten.
To create an FSDIAG file for the Internet Gatekeeper (IGK) product:
# cd /home/virusgw; make diag
# cd /opt/f-secure/fsigk; make diag
Attach the file to your support request.
Note that you can also create the diagnostic file by using the Web UI.
Finally, if your Linux system fails to install your F-Secure product altogether, you can access the Support Tool (FSDIAG) for Linux also on page https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/suppor t-tools.
