Cannot activate order for F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL

Issue:

F-Secure SAFE / TOTAL account is asking for activation even though I have activated the account.
Account activation in a loop.

Resolution:

  1. Open your Internet browser in Incognito mode.
  2. Log in to your email.
  3. Open the F-Secure reference order email from Cleverbridge.
  4. Click Create account.
  5. Choose You already have an account? - Login.
  6.  Login with your account details.
You should now have activated your account.
