update server version for 10.30 for linux and client for 11.50 does not communication

I need help,

updated the PMS for linux 10:10 to 10:30 and 11:50 for customers.
clients find the server, do the download, but not install all the applications and not updated antivirus.
If you click refresh it says is the latest version of the update, but does not update the console and it shows that the application is not updated since 2008, is extremely outdated.
Alerts are generated on the client that he is with outdated virus scan and spyware.

other customers that are in version 10 is communicating normally, but the few stations that were migrated to version 11:50 is not occurring correctly.

-'ve Reinstalled the server;
- Already cleared my client base using FSAUA-RESET.

There is unfortunately not much to work with here, so my initial suggestion would be to create a Support ticket and include the fsdiag file from one client and the Policy Manager Server. To create the support ticket, visit  this page. Instructions for creating the fsdiag are also online for both Windows and Linux.
