Unable to use the ip address Policy manager 12.10

Dear All,

 

I'm trying to install client security 12.10 but policy manager 12.10 is giving an error saying it wont work if i enter ip address instead of FQDN.i don't have a dns server or active directory.this is a workgroup.i should use ip address instead of FQDN.when i use FQDN, client are not detected by the policy manger,screenshot attached
