For a few weeks now, no incoming emails have been marked as spam in "F-Secure Email and Server Security". Transport Protection - Spam Control shows '0' processed messages.
Within the F-Secure logs i have found numerous instances of the following message which points to the issue.
1356 2016-01-28 10:31:40+10:30 srv000 Domain\adm.user F-Secure Content Scanner Server 220.127.116.11.4.1.2213.18.1 Scanning 'message' by F-Secure Spam Scanner was unsuccessful. Reason: SSL certificate issue: X.509 error value. 24 similar errors occurred in last 11 minutes.
Any assistance for how to get this going again is much appreciated.
Are you able to ping or reach the following address from the affected server with web browser?
For further troubleshooting, you might want to open a support ticket.
