Scanning stops after < 300 scanned items

Something wrong with the scanner, it seems to stop full computer scan sometimes at 0 scanned items and sometimes it goes up to 300 items.. Any idea what might be the problem?

Hi Sputnik,

 

I moved your post to the business section as you are using Client Security.

 

First, you are still using a rather old version of the Client Security, therefore I recommend upgrading to the latest version.

 

If the problem persists, we must investigate the cause and find a solution.

Could you please create a FSDIAG (start - all programs - F-Secure - support tool) and submit it with a support request?

Thanks Stephan for the advice. I got it working by un-installing and installing the Client Security again.

Same thing with me. Reinstalling the software will definitely give you a fresh start. Cheers!
