Hi all,
I did a recover of our DB with the infamous REcover DB tool.
The readme told me the password was to be reset to "password"
but that doesnt work.
also using the reset PW tool doesnt help...
I get:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Warning: this tool will reset the password for your existing administrator accou nt.
Enter your new administrator password: Confirm your new administrator password: Error: PreparedStatementCallback; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [SELECT dom ain_id FROM users WHERE username = ?]; SQL state [null]; error code [0]; Borrow prepareStatement from pool failed; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.S QLNestedException: Borrow prepareStatement from pool failed
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And still unable to open the console.
(running PM10.20 on a win2k8r2 server)

Hi Jelle,
1. Kindly ensure that you are using the latest version of Recovery Tool.
2. Ensure that you have stopped the F-secure Policy Manager Server service whenever you create a backup of the H2DB or restore it.
- Services.msc > F-secure Policy Manager Server
3. Please stop the F-secure Policy Manager Server service as well when you run the reset-admin-account.bat.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Jayson
