We have a problem with a feature of Fsecure Policy Console 12 - when we try to start a antivirus scan on a managed client , this operation does not start on the client and , on the policy console , we see a message indicating that the operation is still in progress.
On the client , opening log registry file , we see the message:
F-Secure Management Agent 22.214.171.124.4.1.2126.96.36.199
F-Secure Management Agent failed in an internal operation. Setting the policy variable 188.8.131.52.4.1.2184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11 (error=-505) was not successful. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.
In the policy console, we see that policy variable 18.104.22.168.4.1.222.214.171.124.126.96.36.199 is referred to excluded objects list but we cannot understand how to solve the problem - we have tried to disable / modify Exclude objects list but we have still the problem
What can we do ?
