I have about 10% of my workstation, that have problems with installing security updates like Adobe Flash player or Shockware player
I have in the F-secure web portal set Adobe Flash player and Shockware to install the update on all client that are missing the updates, but F-secure client has not install update over 1 week, but last scan time is from today !!!
Is there a way on the client to force F-secure to install software update on the client but running an command or anything else ???
Most of the time the systems a lacking a reboot because users only hibernate on shutdown.
Please keep in mind that with Windows 10 "Reboot" means "reboot", not "shutdown" and "re-power".
use "shutdown /r /f /t 0"
(on "shutdown" the system only hibernates the running drivers and will not reload them from the new binaries. This behaviour is called "fast startup" but you pay with "unclean shutdown". This can be changed from UI or by disabling hibernate from CMD with "powercfg -h off ".)
