Policy manager 13.10 policy distribution status

Hi!

 

In my policy manager, the summary always says that policy distribution status is "undistributed". It does not change if I distribute policies.

 

If I try to quit FSPM, I get an dialog saying that policies are not distributed.

 

How do I know if the policies are distributed or not ?

Seems you should do a DB Repair.


Other alternative: create a new Admin-Account and delete the old. That will delete the cached changes.

How do I do db repair?

 

Could use new admin accounts anyway..

The easiest is to run setup again on top of the existing installation. It will end with a DB check.

Do a backup first!

c:\Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Management Server 5\bin\README-recover-db.txt

Creating a new admin user fixed the issue.
