I'm administring a F-Secure Protection server v8.
I'm facing an issue with recipient verification, for few of my groups, available into the PPS db
All mails sent to them are bounced as the address is unknow.
It's very strange, because the issue is not for all groups.
I checked their properties, but I didn't notice any difference.
All the users & groups are imported from a LDAP directory (on a Exchange 2013 server).
Does someone already got this sort of issue ?

Could you confirm the DSN reply code the bounced email receive?
In order to better investigate this issue, could you open a support ticket including the activation ID of the affected cluster?
