My problem is PM12, I try to import the AD, try the IP address or domain name of the DNS server, but show the errors of the images. all income data are correct, try different users, including adminitrator and the result is the same.

As a first step, are you able to ping between the AD server/DNS and the PMS to check if the communication is good? If the ping works, may be you can try to contact support to troubleshoot further on this.
