How to add new domain/customer policy routes?

This article describes how you can add new domain/customer policy routes.

To add new domain/customer policy routes:

  1. Go to System > Policy Routes.
  2. Add the email server address to the outbound policy route.
  3. Create a domain specific route for inbound mail (Recipient email address ends with). Optionally, you can create policy routes for both inbound and outbound mail: msg_pse_adding_new_domain_customer_4.png
