F-Secure PSB Portal mobile devices overall statuses

Not yet connected

The mobile device has been added, but it hasn't connected to PSB.

Managed

The mobile device has connected to PSB and can be managed. However, the device management profile is not properly assigned to the device. For example, policy settings or protection (Freedome app) installation may have failed.

Protected device returns to Managed state if last Freedome VPN connection has been more than 7 days ago.

Protected

Everything is OK and the mobile device has protection installed and its up-to-date.

Disconnected

The mobile device has not been connected to PSB device management for 7 or more days.

For devices installed from external MDM, last VPN connection has been more than 7 days but less than one month ago.

Never connected

This status is show when the device hasn't connected at all within 7 days after it was added to PSB. The device can be removed or re-installed.

Not managed

If the end user deletes F-Secure Device Agent (on Android) or Device Management profile (on iOS), the mobile device becomes non-managed. The device can be removed or re-installed.

To be wiped

The wipe operation has been sent to the mobile device. The device will be wiped as soon as it gets online and receives the remote command.

Wiped

The mobile device has been wiped. The device can be removed from PSB or re-installed (in case it is back to the device owner).
