Error on every client since last update (v12.00)

Hello.

 

Since last upate on server (Policy manager V12.00.67239) and client with F-secure Client Security (12.00.648), i have an error on every client. (Your computer is not protected. The analysis of the transfer is not available)

I've made reboot on server, reboot client, reinstall with no effect.

 

have you had the same error ?

Hello Renaud,

 

It might be that you have installed CS 12, with the Offload Scanning Agent("Déchargement de l'agent d'analyse" in the installation wizard).

 

This component is meant to be installed on virtual workstation and in use with SRS servers.

Offload Scanning Agent can be installed in order to offload malware scanning and content reputation checking to a dedicated server running F-Secure Scanning and Reputation Server. This allows to minimize the performance impact to virtualization infrastructure.

 

In order to solve this issue, you unfortunately need to uninstall and reinstall the impacted clients, without this component OSA.

Great, 

It seems to work now.

I tried to use "repair" with uncheck Offload Scanning Agent under Management console without success.

 

To work fine 

1 - under Mangement console -> uninstall.

2 - reboot the client

3 - (re!) deploy the client with the management console with uncheck Offload Scanning Agent

4- reboot the client (twice).

 

And now let's go for the 70 other PC.

Hi,

 

I have same problem such as this.

I ran a scanning and reputaion server and set this for a group policy. after that all of my computers in my network is reinstall and going to use scanning and reputation server.

I think there is a bug in FSPM 12.00
