Could not access network location

Hi

I am trying to install client security 13.00 silently with the following command:

msiexec /i <installer.msi> /qb!

When I try to do this, then the installer immediatly comes up with an error:

"Could not access network location"
\{0B007283-18FA-4F7E-8630-D4DD9B914B5D}\

Any ideas?

Regards

Soren

Re: Could not access network location

Hello Soren,

Please, try to re-download the CS 13.00 jar package from our website, create new MSI installer basing on it, and retry your installation scenario. Jar package was republished in a short time after the release. It should work correctly.

Best regards,

Vad

Re: Could not access network location

Hi,

I can not import and replace the existing jar file - there are still some installations in the queue. is there a way to import the file without killing all pending installations?

Re: Could not access network location

Hello Robert,

Did you try to rename the fresh jar installer before importing?

Note that changes in the installer were related to proper installation support: fix for msiexec parameters for msi installation scenario, and localisation of product installation dialog  in PMC. There were no changes in the product itself.

Best regards,
