Re: Client security As firewall for the network...?

Hello,

It is not wise to use any Windows OS based computer as a gateway to the public internet, no matter what security software it hosts!

If the financials are strict, one could use free OpenWRT or the basic free edition of UTM (ex Astaro) for a Linux based, proper gateway firewall which isn't difficult to set up. If there is some money to spend, there are many reputable gw fw vendors, from B and C to S and U.
