I have renewed F-Secure SAFE/TOTAL/ID PROTECTION but both My F-Secure account and the PC shows expired. I did renew via the correct account.
Please check from your order confirmation if you got instructions to Create My F-Secure account or Back to the My F-Secure Portal. If you got the option to create an account, you have renewed outside your existing account. You can create a new account with a different email or contact customer support to see if your purchase can be transferred to your existing My F-Secure -account.
If the option is to go back to the portal and your account still shows expired or you have renewed with a subscription code, please contact F-Secure Support.
