I have lost some days after renewal. How can I get it back?
Please check that the new purchase is for the same program you had the days left for. If you have decided to renew a subscription for a different product, the remaining days will not be transferred.
When you have renewed the same software and lost your remaining days please contact F-Secure Support to receive further help providing the reference number of your last order or the renewal code.
