When I try to activate my new F-Secure Internet Security license code, I get an error message: "Code already used"
Do note, that if you have just renewed F-Secure Internet Security and you have previously had several computers protected under the same subscription, you should need to enter the new F-Secure Internet Security code only to one of these computers. The other computers on the same subscription should retrieve the information about continued subscription automatically.
If this is not the case or the other computer is still showing the old expiry date, try to first restart your computer (note: not "shut down"). If it doesn't help:
If the issue persists, you can reinstall F-Secure Internet Security as follows:
- Open F-Secure Internet Security program on your computer
- Select Tools
- Select Check for updates
1. Uninstall by using the uninstallation tool
2. Install via F-Secure Internet Security download link
