Issue:
I have renewed my F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL subscription, do I need to do anything more, such as enter a subscription code anywhere?
Resolution:
If you have renewed your F-Secure SAFE or F-Secure TOTAL subscription from your My F-Secure -account, via you have already protected your devices, the devices connected to your account will receive the information about the continued subscription automatically.
If your devices show the new expiry date for the subscription, there is nothing more you need to do. However, in case you have new devices, which you haven't yet protected, you will need to install the F-Secure program on your new devices.
