As part of our ongoing plans to update our portfolio, over the last couple of years we have created modern versions of our Windows products for PSB.
As we have replacements that provide even more protection, this means that the older versions are no longer supported. In fact, support for PSB Workstation Security, PSB Server Security, and PSB Email and Server Security with versions lower than 13 have already gone out of support, and may have started informing the customer that they are expiring.
Support will fully come to an end on 18 January 2021, when the clients will stop receiving antimalware databases. After this time devices are not protected
Customers who are still using these product versions, and have valid licenses, should upgrade to supported versions as follows:
- PSB Workstation Security has been replaced with PSB Computer Protection, and the installer can be downloaded from the PSB Portal. The PSB Workstation Security keycode can be used for this.
- PSB Server Security has been replaced with PSB Server Protection, and the installer can be downloaded from the PSB Portal. The PSB Server Security keycode can be used for this.
- PSB Email and Server Security has been replaced with a standalone version for protecting Exchange or Sharepoint, and by PSB Server Protection for protecting Citrix and other Terminal Server environments. Further details can be found here.
