I have forgotten my F-Secure Business Account password. How do I reset the password for my PSB user account?
You can reset your password by clicking on Forgot your password on the PSB Portal log in page. An email will be sent from which you can reset your password.
If you do not receive a password reset email, check if it has been sent to your email spam or trash folder. Also make sure you are performing the Forgot your password operation from the correct PSB Portal login page, since there are several of them. You can verify the PSB Portal address you should be using from the license certificate.
If you have not received any email, open a support request and support can investigate the account issue.
