Issue:
Devices installed with F-Secure PSB Mobile Security do not get locked when clicking Lock Device in PSB Portal.
Resolution:
Permissions need to be granted locally for F-Secure PSB Mobile Security's Antitheft feature to ensure it to work as intended.
Follow these steps:
- Open F-Secure PSB Mobile Security on the Android device
- Go to Antitheft
- Enable the feature Lock Screen or Wipe Device
Now that the features have been enabled, they can be triggered from the PSB Portal:
- Log in to PSB Portal
- Go to Devices
- Select the Mobile devices tab
- Select a mobile device
- Click Lock device or Wipe device
