If you attempted to activate your F-Secure KEY subscription but failed, this likely means that the security product that you have on your device may be blocking a specific URL that we use to carry out the subscription activation.
Activation URL may be blocked by the security product installed on your device.
To overcome this issue, you need to allow access to the following URL (depending on the location of your operator) using the whitelist.
