@Sethu Thanks for the PM. Uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick. I was able transfer the subscription license, and did the same thing on one of my other devices. Both are up and running the VPN. Now, I'll be able to do the same on Saturday when my desktop PC comes back online. Thanks so much for your help.
I have a valid subscription with 3 licenses. I have used all three licenses. Now, I can't switch one of the licenses from an old laptop to a new laptop.
I don't think you're right. Why would it give me this message, then? All licenses used up
