OK Fixed it, I had to open the client, click on "Check for Updates" all the updates downloaded, and then the "Completing Installation..." screen started "Installing Updates" currently 2/9. But I shouldn't have to do that... prehaps there is a bug in the "Completing Installation" screen process.??
